Allen Beck

Allen Wayne Beck, age 40, Jay, OK. passed away Friday, May 29, 2020 in Grove, OK.

He was born March 4, 1980 in Gravette, AR. To Darrel Lee Beck and Delia Mae Mitchell Beck.

Allen worked for several years with the Lanagan, MO, fire dept as a volunteer fire fighter and a dispatcher. Most recently he was self employed as a sheet rock hanger.

He was very proud of his son Brian, starting college courses at Crowder College to become a diesel mechanic.

Allen married Jennifer Lynn Winters on April 17, 2020. She survives in the home. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Brian Beck, Neosho, MO; his father, Darrel Beck and wife, Toby, Jay; his mother Delia Ates and husband, Jeff, Decatur, AR; one brother, Darrell Beck and wife, Terra, Kansas, OK; two sisters, Cindy Mamuad and husband, Eric, Las Vegas, NV, and Teresa Hill, Lowell, AR; a step-brother, Robert Martin, Springdale, AR; several aunts, uncles; and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his stepfather, Ron Foreman who helped raise him.

He will lay in state on Wednesday, June 3, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. in the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Jay, chapel. Funeral services are planned for 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 4, 2020 at the Bethel Holiness Church, 21371 E. D0495 RD, Colcord, OK. Pastor Reece Calvert will officiate. Burial will follow in the Dickson Cemetery, Maysville, Arkansas.

Funeral services are under the direction of Worley Luginbuel Funeral Home, Jay, OK.
