Anna Weaver

Luginbuel Funeral Home, Vinita, OK (918) 256-5555.....Anna Katie Weaver passed away February 14, 2019. She was born in Cleora, OK on September 19, 1927 to TV Trimble and Dolly "Young" Trimble. Katie graduated from Cleora High School. She married the love of her life Howard Weaver December 1, 1948, they had 46 wonderful years together. Katie was a loving mother, wife, homemaker, seamstress, cook and the best pie maker in her family. She helped on the farm and would raise any of the baby animals that lost their mothers. She was Church of Christ by faith, enjoyed painting, quilting and was very active till her health would not allow it.
Katie was preceded in death by her father, mother, husband Howard, three brothers Gene, Marion and Hugh Trimble. Seven sisters Retha Sue Heartline, Alta Crow, Nina Trimble, Wanda Trimble, Bertha Stuck, Avenell Bryant and Pasty Trimble, also one daughter-in-law Carol Weaver.
She is survived by six children, Darrell and Roberta Weaver of Anchorage, Alaska, Dollie Lou and Richard Nair of Bernice, Oklahoma, Joe Tom and Belinda Weaver of Cleora, Oklahoma, Kenneth Ray and Patsy Weaver of Cleora, Oklahoma, Kathy and John Alkire of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Eddie and Joyce Weaver of Welty, Oklahoma. One sister-in-law Ruth Trimble of Cleora, Oklahoma. Katie had seventeen grandchildren, fifty great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
A family visitation will be Tuesday, February 19, 2019 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at the Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel in Vinita. Funeral services will be Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at 2:00 pm in the Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Skip McClain officiating. Interment will follow at McLaughlin Cemetery Cleora.
