Benjamin Funeral Service - Nowata, Oklahoma - 918-273-2700..................................... Beverly Ann Boone, 69, of Nowata, passed away January 28, 2017, at her home in Nowata. She was born December 29, 1947 in Tripp, South Dakota to George and Irene (Leishner) Batzler. She graduated for High School in Scotland, South Dakota, and continued her education until she received and Associates Degree in Accounting. On July 13 she married George Boone in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Beverly worked as an accountant for many years before retiring from Archembo Mueggenborg Accounting services in Bartlesville. She enjoyed sewing, knitting, and crocheting. She loved spending time with her grandchildren as well as traveling with George when they were younger. Beverly attended Hillside Christian Church when she was able to do so. She held a special place in her heart for all her family. Beverly will be missed by all who knew her. Preceding Beverly Boone in death are her parents George and Irene Batzler and a son Stacy Boone. Survivors include her husband George of the home in Nowata; children Darren Boone, Steven Boon, Karla Caldwell, Marvin Boone, Robin Stustzman; sisters Joyce Frey and Gloria Horstmann; eleven grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; many other relatives and a host of friends. Funeral Services for Beverly Ann Boone will be held 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at Hillside Christian Church with Pastor Van Longbons officiating. Burial will follow at Martin Cemetery.
