Benjamin Funeral Service - Nowata, Oklahoma..................................Billy Don "Donnie" Albert passed away Friday, June 19, 2015 at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born January 17, 1953 in Alluwe, Oklahoma to Wesley and Josephine (Hash) Albert. He graduated from Alluwe High School. Donnie was a member of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Nowata. As a young man he enjoyed hunting and fishing. He loved animals and his pet dog brought him a lot of happiness. Donnie worked in the oilfields as a pressman. He will be missed by the many who knew him. Preceding Donnie in death are his father, Wesley Albert and a brother, Benjamin Albert. Survivors include his mother Josephine Albert of Nowata; siblings, Allen Albert of Nowata, Johnny Albert of Washington, Larry Albert of Nowata, Sherry Laughlin of Bernice, Oklahoma, Mary Jo Luton of Nowata, Sandy Bucheck of Nowata; his girlfriend, Jeanette Jones, many other relatives and a host of friends. Graveside funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m., Wednesday June 24, 2015 at McMains Cemetery, Nowata County, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of Benjamin Funeral Service of Nowata.
