Luginbuel Funeral Home - Vinita, Oklahoma (918) 256 - 5555 �-�- Billy Wayne Carrico, 78 year old longtime Vinita resident, passed away Saturday, January 2, 2016 at his home in Vinita. Billy was born in Vinita on March 4, 1937 to his parents Bruce and Florence Carrico. Bill retired from the United States Air Force with over 20 years of service to his country and later worked for the Post Office delivering mail to Vinita's residents for over 15 years. Bill was a father, musician, pilot, handyman, friend to the community, church builder and a decorated war veteran. Survivors include: his wife Lilly Carrico of the home; one son, Robert Carrico and his wife Jenine of Austin, Texas; and three grandchildren. Memorial services honoring his memory will be later this summer. Arrangements are by Luginbuel Funeral Home, Vinita, Oklahoma.
