Funeral services for Bobbie Juanita Kiser are 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at the Benjamin Funeral Service Chapel with Pastor Wendell Abbott officiating. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Nowata. Bobbie Juanita Kiser, 87, of Nowata, passed away Sunday, July 9, 2017 at the Jane Phillips Nowata Health Center. She was born August 20, 1929 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma to Robert and Ruth (Smith) Martin. She attended and graduated from Alluwe High School in 1947. She married the love of her life, Richard Kiser, on August 7, 1948 in Vinita. Bobbie was a member of the First Church of God in Nowata. She enjoyed fishing, crocheting, and doing arts and crafts. She really loved baking for family and friends. Bobbie was always smiling and was a joy to be around. Most of all she loved her family. Her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and family held a special place in her heart and will be truly missed. Mrs. Kiser is survived by three children, Gary L. Kiser and his wife Linda of Nowata, Connie Dye and her husband Mike of Nowata, Beverly Kiser of Houston, Texas; three sisters, Norma Carrington of Brownsville, Texas, Barbara Moreland of Chelsea, Oklahoma, Jeanette Vaughan of Nowata, Oklahoma; four grandchildren, Deidre Hewitt and her husband Ty of Nowata, Oklahoma, Gina Thompson and her husband Justin of Nowata, Oklahoma, Dustin Kiser and his wife Heather of Wann, Oklahoma, Terry Acuff of Nowata, Oklahoma and eight great-grandchildren. Mrs. Kiser is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Ruth Martin; her husband Richard Kiser; three siblings, Carl Martin, Jackie Brannan, Sue Maiden; a granddaughter, Lori Kiser-Acuff; a grandson, Christopher Kiser.
