Carrolyn Clark

Luginbuel Funeral Home of Vinita, Oklahoma (918) 256 - 5555 ~ Carrolyn Clark, age 68 of Vinita, Oklahoma and formerly of Brownwood, Texas, passed away Friday, October 9, 2015 at the Heartsworth Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Vinita. Carrolyn was born in Oakland, California on April 9, 1947 to her parents Raines Candler and Rose Lee (Powell) Hayes. In 1963 Carrolyn married the love of her life Bennie "Ben" Oren Clark, Sr. in Reno, Nevada and they were married for over 39 years before Ben's death in 2002. Carrolyn enjoyed watching NASCAR, working puzzles, and taking care of her family. Preceded in death her parents and one daughter, Pennie Diane Clark; Carrolyn is survived by one son, Bennie "Ben" Oren Clark, Jr. and his wife Cindy of Moore, Oklahoma; one daughter, Tammie Clark of Brownwood, Texas; one brother, Raines "Ray" Hayes and his wife Gloria; one sister, Shirley Smith and her husband Doug; five grandchildren, Stacie, Ashlie, Raylie, Hunner, and Morgan; five great grandchildren, Serenity, Kiera, Gabrielle, Oren, and Easton; as well as nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. In accordance with Carrolyn's wishes private family services will be observed.
