Clarence Ruggles

Luginbuel Funeral Home, Vinita, OK (918) 256-5555.....Clarence Stacy Ruggles passed away July 05, 2019 in Tulsa, Oklahoma after a brief illness. He was born April 30, 1956 in Afton, Oklahoma the son of Clarence Clyde Ruggles and Rosa Mae “Satterwhite” Ruggles. Stacy was raised in Langley and around Grand Lake where he enjoyed hunting and fishing.

He was preceded in death by his mother, father and a sister Margie Ruggles.

Survivors include his wife Beth of the home; one daughter Jamie Terry of Tulsa, Oklahoma; step-daughter Jessica Kinberling and husband Dustin of Miami, Oklahoma; step-son Jason Sharp of Joplin Missouri; four grandchildren; sister Suzie Hyans and husband Larry of Langley, Oklahoma; two brothers Dennis Ruggles and wife Sharon of Langley, Oklahoma and Tracy Ruggles and wife Julie of Locust Grove, Oklahoma.
