Dr. Bell

Dr. Ben H. Bell, age 71 of Grove, Oklahoma passed away Wednesday, July 8, 2009 at Grand Lake Villa, Grove. Dr. Bell was born January 21, 1938 in Hollis, Oklahoma to Lacy and Noma Bell (Horton). He was a member of First United Methodist Church in Grove and was very active in the choir. He graduated from the dental school at Baylor University in June of 1962. Dr. Bell had his own practice for over forty years in Hollis, Texas with three generations working there. He also worked for Dentures and Dental Services in Grove for the past eight years. Dr. Bell served in the Army as captain in the Dental Core Unit in Vietnam. He was loved by everybody who met him and will be missed by all. Dr. Bell is survived by his wife, Renate Bell (VonTrapp) of Grove, Oklahoma, son, John F. Bell (Sherry) of Paris, Texas, sisters, Beverly Williams and Ginger Cargill, grandsons, Jaxon and Spencer Bell, several nieces, nephews and many friends. He is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Mary J. Cole. At the request of the family there will be no services. Memorials may be sent to Good Shepherd Hospice, 2064 S.
