Ella Gray

Ella Lenora Minick Gray, Born April 29, 1922 passed away January 28, 2010 after a short illness. Ella is survived by her three sons and daughters-in-law: Merl Ree Gray and wife Gladys from Tulsa, Oklahoma; Floyd Edward Gray, and wife Patsy, from Corsicana, Texas; Gary Gene Gray and wife Lyn from Claremore, Oklahoma; along with 13 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, 9 great, great grandchildren, one sister, Evelyn Minick Gray, and a host of nieces and nephews, and numerous friends. Ella was proceeded in death by her husband Ree Gray, her parents George and Nora Minick, 5 brothers, 2 sisters, and one grandson. Ella was born in Oso, Washington, and when she was 2 years old moved to Arkansas, she then moved to Oklahoma when she was 10 or 11 years old. Ella loved her church and attended faithfully. She was a member of the Nowata New Life Assembly of God for over 50 years, and moved her membership to Faith Assembly of God after moving to Tulsa . Contributions may be given to the building fund at Faith Assembly of God Church, 7500 East 21st Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Pallbearers are Grandsons, Anthony Gray, Tracey Gray, Eddie Williams, Micah Laney, Gary Gray, Jr. and Peter Gray. Funeral Services will be held 10 a.m. Monday, February 1, at the Faith Assembly of God, Tulsa, OK with Rev. Kelly Goins and Rev. Arlis Henegar officiating. Interment will follow in Ramona Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, January 31, 1-5 p.m. with family being present from 2-4 p.m. On-line condolences can be left for the family at www.honoringmemories.com.
