Faye Cochran

Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Jay, OK....918-253-3222...Faye Cochran, passed away at Integris Grove General Hospital in Grove, OK on Sunday, February 1, 2015 at the age of 61. Faye was born on October 8, 1953 in Claremore, OK, the daughter of the late Charley Foreman and Lydia (Cochran) Foreman. Faye attended school at Lowery Oaks and graduated from Kansas High School in 1971. After graduating, she attended OSU-Okmulgee. In January of 1974, she was blessed with a son Craig who survives her. Faye had a heart of gold and throughout her lifetime watched many children and was known by many as "Auntie". Faye always had a smile, hug and words of encouragement for almost everyone she saw. Faye was a member of the Twin Oaks Baptist church and attended when her health allowed. Faye's pastime included going to the casino and spoiling her nieces and nephews. Faye was preceded in death by her parents; longtime best friend Angie Foreman; cousin Sharon Cochran; and brother Bossy Cummings. She is survived by her son Craig of the home; one brother Vernon Cochran and his wife Judy of Colcord, OK; four sisters: Rita Robbins and her husband Cecil of Kansas, OK, Anna Potter and her husband Wes of Colcord, OK, Becky Bishop and her husband Victor of Colcord, OK, and Belinda Sinor and her husband Troy of Leach, OK; Aunt Annie Lyman of Kansas, OK; three nieces: Chrystal, Candy, and Cammi; five nephews: AJ, Will, Rance, Ethan, and Dylan; two great nieces: Bailey and Shelbie; three great nephews: Jordan, Brenden, and Hunter; and a host of other relatives and friends. Faye will be missed by all who knew her. The funeral service will be held at the Kansas High School Gym in Kansas, OK on Friday, February 6, 2015 at 10AM with Rev. Jesse Glass, presiding. Burial will follow at Black Fox Cemetery. The family will greet friends on Thursday, February 5, 2015 from 6PM to 8PM at Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Jay, OK.
