Gary Mcmains

Gary Richard McMains, 58-year-old South Coffeyville resident, passed away Wednesday, August 19, 2009 at the Jane Phillips Medical Center in Bartlesville. Mr. McMains was born August 24, 1950 in Nowata, Oklahoma to Charles Lee McMains and Lillian Lena Russell-McMains. He grew up and attended schools in Alluwe and later went on to attend Oklahoma State University. Mr. McMains was working as a service representative for John Deere Coffeyville Works. He enjoyed fishing, working, and spending time with his family. Mr. McMains is survived by his wife, Debbie of the home; by four children, Ginger Albert and her husband Larry of Nowata, Carey Sprinkel and her husband Lance of Bella Vista, Arkansas, Stephanie McMains of Nowata, and Kevin McMains of Bartlesville; by three step-children, Ashley Rowe of South Coffeyville, Cristy Rowe of Ohio, and Keith Rowe of Ohio; and by three grandchildren, John Albert, Amber Albert, and Chelsea Perryman. Funeral services for Mr. McMains will be held at 2:00p.m., Tuesday, August 25, 2009 at the Hillside Christian Church with Rev. Steve Posey officiating. Interment will follow in the McMains Cemetery. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home from 6p.m.-8p.m. Monday.
