Geneva Land

Geneva Jo Land passed away at Zarrow Point in Tulsa, Oklahoma on January 1, 2020 at the age of 85. She was born June 6, 1934 in Greenfield, Missouri to Andrew Jackson Houston and Neva Christel Houston.

Jo retired from the School Board Office of Vinita Public Schools.

Jo is preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Charles J. Land, two great-grandchildren, one brother and two sisters.

Survivors include, daughters, Debby Hughes and husband Mike of Tulsa, Becky Cass-Cromer and husband Larry of Jenks; seven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; brother, Bob Houston of Stockton, Missouri and sister, Frevda Baum of Springfield, Missouri.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Jo Land at 10:00 am on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at the First Church of God in Vinita. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery. A come and go viewing will be available at Luginbuel Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 and prior to service on Wednesday.
