George was born on March 25, 1952 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was the son of James E. Elliott and Shirley M. (Osborne) Elliott. George worked as a truck driver and in the construction industry until an work related accident left him physically disabled.

George is preceded in death by his parents and a brother Mike Elliott. He is survived by 3 sons: 2 daughters, five sisters; Twila Glynn, Cindy Henderson, Sharlene Ford, Charlene Spradlin, Becky Roberts and one brother; James Elliott.

Private family services will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Jay, Oklahoma.
