BENJAMIN FUNERAL SERVICE, NOWATA, OK (918)273-2700***Howard Dwayne Killough, 80 of Delaware, Oklahoma went to be with the Lord on April 25, 2018. H was born on July 26, 1937 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Harvey and Lillie (Winfield) Killough. He attended Childrens schools. Howard married Sarah Ruth Fry on May 20, 1968 in Miami, Oklahoma. They settled in Delaware, Oklahoma to raise their family. Howard was a very hard worker throughout his life. He worked for Peabody Coal Mine for many years. Most of his time was spent outside in the yard, fishing or spending time with his wife and grandchildren. Howard took pride in his yard, keeping it in top shape and tending to his gardens. Howard acquired many friends over the years. Fishing buddy- Jim, neighbor Denel & Bill Collins, The Palones, The Boones, and the flowers. He was known as the best fisher man by many. He was a great man, who taught many things to those he loved. Howard is survived by his sisters Norma McCutcheon of Nowata, OK., Beverly Marler of Kansas, OK, Anna Penland of Bartlesvlle, OK and Verona Hodges of Bixby, Margaret Neal of Tulsa, OK; Brother, Otis Killough and wife Janie of Tulsa; his four daughters Anita K Riley (Killough) and husband James Riley of Nowata, Oklahoma, Mary R. Hash (Killough) and husband Steven Hash of Alluwe, Oklahoma, Tiana Finch of Nowata, Oklahoma and Stacey Killough: five grandchildren; Jacob Riley and wife Melissa of Nowata, Oklahoma, Sara Seabolt and husband J.R. of Nowata, Oklahoma, Mary Grace Hash and boyfriend Ross Allison of Alluwe, Oklahoma, Steven Hash Jr. of Alluwe, Oklahoma, Tawny Lowry of Abilene, Texas; seven great granddaughters, two great grandsons and numerous nieces and nephews. He was proceeded in death by his wife Sarah Ruth Killough who passed on April 10, 2017.
