Idella Mcgaughey

Idella Flora McGaughey 98, passed away on April 26, 2019 in Tulsa, OK.  Idella was born on November 19, 1920 in Adair, OK to Floyd and Ada (Parsons) Briggs.

Idella was of the Christian faith and worshipped at South Grand Lake Christian Church.  She loved quilting, sewing and working in the yard, but mostly enjoyed spending time with friends and family.  Idella will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Idella was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd and Ada (Parsons) Briggs, Claude Large 1st ex-husband, Keeling McGaughey 2nd ex-husband, sisters, Lorene Mc Daniel, Dora J. Hocutt, Lillian Large, Leta Coody, and brother Carl Briggs.

Idella is survived by her son, Ronald Large and wife Bev of Tulsa, OK; grandchildren, Christian K. Large and wife Natalie of Tulsa, OK, Randal “Scott” Large and wife Kala of Tulsa, OK; great grandchildren, Lily Grace Large, Rohan Large and Ravi large all of Tulsa, OK; brother, Floyd “Bus” Briggs.
