James Higgins

Luginbuel Funeral Home, Vinita Oklahoma 918-256-5555........James Henry Higgins, 75 years old, left this earth to go to Heaven to be with his Lord & Savior Jesus Christ the 24th day of June 2018, after losing his valiant fight to lung cancer. He was born in Hugo, Oklahoma August 22, 1942 to Clarence Lee and Myrtle Florence Higgins. He passed peacefully at home with his wife Linda of 57 years and all of his loving family by his side. James is survived by his wife; children, Sammi Lea Higgins of Vinita, Paul Higgins and wife Terri of Vinita, Kelly Higgins of Tulsa, and Jody Ray Higgins also of Tulsa. He is preceded in death by his parents, siblings, and a granddaughter. Please join us for the celebration of his new life at First Freewill Church, Vinita, Oklahoma at 2pm Thursday, June 28, 2018.
