James Lewis "Jimmy" Spurlock, 67 year old resident of Monkey Island, passed away Wednesday, April 24, 2019. Jimmy was born in Hominy, OK on March 3, 1952 to John and Lucille Spurlock. Jimmy was a very outgoing man who made many friends and helped many people throughout his life. He was an extremely hard worker who was talented in many different areas, he could do it all. He loved fishing, mowing, riding horses, shooting pool, and drinking beer. Above all he loved his family.

Survivors include his wife Melissa of the home, children: Stephanie Bradley and husband Robert, Jeremiah Spurlock and wife Sara, Harley Rohlston, and Seven Sanchez, grandchildren: Alexys Bradley, Anna Spurlock, John Henry Spurlock, William Spurlock, Zaedyn Rohlston, and Charlotte Rohlston.
