Funeral services for Janice Marie (Hubbard) Lynch is 11:00 A.M., Friday, August 9, 2019 at the Benjamin Funeral Chapel with Harold Cheek officiating.  With a dinner afterwards held at the Nowata County Fair Building.

Janice Marie (Hubbard) Lynch left this earth to be with her Lord and Savior Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at the Osage Nursing Home. She was born September 5, 1940 in Nowata, Oklahoma to George “Fred” Hubbard and Leona (Williams) Hubbard. Janice attended Lincoln School and then graduated from the Nowata Public School system. In 1956, she moved to Amarillo, Texas where she spent ten years, before returning back home. Janice married the love of her life, Lawrence “Cowboy” Lynch on May 24, 1957 in Nowata, Oklahoma. She was a homemaker and domestic housekeeper.

Janice was a Jehovah Witness by faith at the Kingdom Hall in Nowata, Oklahoma. She enjoyed her church and teaching the bible to others. She was a very loving and caring lady, who did not mind lending a helping hand when needed. In her spare time, she love to tend to her hobbies of singing, decorating her home, keeping a beautiful yard, spending time with her family, friends and spoiling her grandchildren. She had a special place in her heart for everyone she cared about. Janice was a much loved person that will be missed by all who knew her.

Janice is survived by her daughter Siretta Hill and husband Donald of Nowata, OK, grandson: Milin Hill and wife Vincentrise of Amarillo, TX, great grandsons: Seth Alcox, Milin Hill Jr., Kenyon Hall, Quondarious Hall, great granddaughters: Serenity Hill, Milaya Hill, Miley Hill, Lania Taylor; siblings: Martha Downing of Nowata, Waymond Hubbard of Nowata, Keith Hubbard of Nowata, LaDonna Hubbard of Broken Arrow, Tony Hubbard of Tulsa, sister-in-law Melva Hill, Florence Stroud, numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents; George “Fred” Hubbard and Leona (Williams) Hubbard, her husband; Lawrence “Cowboy” Lynch, Emory Hubbard, Alvin Hubbard, Jerry Hubbard, Carole Hubbard, and one daughter, Starla Lynch.
