Jo Sunby

Jo Anne (Coppedge) Sunby, age 60 of Bernice, died Saturday, April 21, 2012. Jo Anne was born in Vinita on November 21, 1951 to Buford and Rosemary (Corlett) Coppedge. She loved doing activities outdoors including riding horses, playing tennis, swimming, and going on picnics. She also enjoyed sewing and spending time with her family. Survivors include her children James Mulanax and wife Shea of Roland, OK, Larry C. Sunby of Monkey Island, OK, and Stacy Sunby of Miami, OK, siblings: John B. Coppedge and wife Debra of Claremore, OK, Barbara Stewart and husband Johnny of Claremore, OK , and Kay Coppedge of Foyil, OK., and four grandchildren: Joshua Mulanax, Justin Mulanax, Madilyn Mulanax, and Maddox Mulanax. She is preceded in death by her parents and brothers Glenn and Jerry Coppedge. Graveside services will be 10 a.m., Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at Fairview Cemetery in Vinita with Pastor George Vaughn officiating. Services are under the direction of Luginbuel Funeral Home.
