Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Grove, OK.....918-786-2261.....Master Sergeant John Emery Lemaster, 85 year old, Grove, Oklahoma resident, passed away, Tuesday, January 27, 2015. John was born on December 16, 1929 in Bristow, Oklahoma to William and Ruby (Tunnell) Lemaster. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. John enjoyed traveling and camping and sports, especially football. John eventually retired as a Master Sergeant from the United States Air Force in the late 1960's. John was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Roy, a sister, Charline, and a brother in law, Bob Gaddy. John is survived by his loving wife Tammy, of the home, three children, Kenneth "Skip" Lemaster of San Bernardino, California, Paul Lemaster of Newport, Oregon, and Lawrence "Larry" Lemaster and wife Kim of Corvallis, Oregon, step children, Christina Glenn of Seattle, Washington, and Matthew Glenn of Springfield, Missouri, five grandchildren a step grandchild and two great grandchildren, sisters, Ila Gaddy of Skiattok Oklahoma, Willetta Cox and husband Mike of Sapulpa, Oklahoma, and Eva Fay Gleason and husband James of Beggs, Oklahoma, and a host of other relatives and friends. John is also survived by his beloved dog of fourteen years, Angel. A Memorial service for John is currently pending. Notes of encouragement for the family may be left at www.honoringmemories.com.
