Karen Brown

Karen Rene' Brown, age 69, died on February 27, 2015 of natural causes at her home in Bartlesville. Karen was born 23 April 1945 in Bartlesville. She graduated from College High and attended Cottey College in Missouri and various universities in Oklahoma. She was married briefly to Jim Eppler of Bartlesville, and later to Joe Milton Greenwood of Dewey. She owned and operated a gift shop, "From the Ground Up" for several years. She was the daughter of Lelah and Nagel Brown, who pre-deceased her: her mother, in 1993 and her father 2004. He retired from Phillips after 43 years of service and her mother owned and operated Lelah Brown Florist and Brown-Thomas Fine Jewelers of Bartlesville. A brother, Conrad N. Brown Jr. of Waynesville, NC, survives her. No services are planned. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to the Arnold Moore & Neekamp Funeral Home, Bartlesville.
