Luginbuel Funeral Home - Vinita - 918-256-5555..... Mary Packard Manley, 59 year old Vinita resident, went to be with the Lord on December 11, 2016. Mary was born on June 25, 1957 in Miami, OK to Bill and Rosemary Fairsheets. She graduated from Bluejacket High School in 1975. In January 2016 she was united in marriage to Willard Manley. She loved her family, traveling, photography, and Don Williams music. Survivors include her husband Willard of the home, brother Bill Fairsheets and wife Vickie of Strang, OK, sisters: Martha Clark and husband Dale of Portland, OR, Deloris Smith and husband Roger of Bluejacket, step daughters: Susan Winsell and husband Robert of Vinita and Sheri Manley of Broken Arrow, step-grandchildren: Madison and Kelsey Winsell of Vinita, 4 nephews, 3 nieces, a very special friend/sister Vicky Case of Hayden, CO. She is preceded in death by her parents Bill and Rosemary Fairsheets, sister Carol Cook, niece Teresa Keepers, and nephews Don cook, and baby David Clark. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at the Luginbuel Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Thursday, December 15, 2016 at the Church On The Lake in Ketchum.
