Meghan Hitchcock

Meghan Louise (Price) Hitchcock, age 21 and Spavinaw resident, died Saturday June 20, 2009. Meghan was born November 15, 1987 in Claremore, OK the daughter of Jerry John Price and Katherine (Gray) Knight. She attended Ketchum School where she was a former prom and wintertime queen. She graduated from Ketchum in 2006. In the summer of 2008 she was united in marriage to her sweetheart Jason Hitchcock. Meghan was a loving and kind hearted person. She enjoyed taking care of her three dogs, collecting dolls, and making cookies for her grandpa. Meghan is preceded in death by her grandfather James Gray and aunt Lorie Hudson. Survivors include her father Jerry Price, mother Katherine Knight, husband Jason Hitchcock, brother Kyle "Bo" Price, grandmother Laura "Jean" Gray, four aunts and uncles: Pat and Lee Robinson, Calvin and Charlene Gray, George and Kelly Davis, and Beth Worley, as well as many other family and friends. Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday June 23, 2009 at Luginbuel South Grand Lake Funeral Home in Langley. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday June 24, 2009 at the Church on the Lake with Rev. Mark Deckard officiating. Interment will follow at Spavinaw-Strang Cemetery.
