Michael Annas

Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Grove, Oklahoma, 918-786-2261 Michael Evan Annas, 68, former resident of Minot, North Dakota, passed away Wednesday, October 19, 2016 in Grove, Oklahoma. Michael was born July 10, 1948 in Hickory, North Carolina to Grayson and Coleen (Coffey) Annas. Michael enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1968 and proudly served his country for 21 years. Michael retired in 1989 after a long distinguished career where he traveled around the world. He is survived by his wife Patti who he met in Anchorage, Alaska. They were married for 43 years. Michael was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying sports, boating, fishing and shooting pool with his many friends. Michael readily made friends wherever he lived and forged lifelong friendships with people all over the world. Michael is survived by his wife Patti, of the home; son, Michael Grayson Annas and his significant other Alisha Marie, and their children of Minot, North Dakota; his siblings, Pamela Coley and Debbie Drost of North Carolina, Patricia Ryder of Montana and Neal Annas of Florida. He was preceded in death by his parents. Private family services and a celebration of his life will be held at a later date. Services are under the direction of Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Grove, Oklahoma.
