Mildred Beebe

Mildred Marie Beebe, 86 year-old former Vinita resident, died Wednesday, August 12, 2009 at the Medicalodges of Dewey. She was born October 23, 1922 in Chelsea to William M. and Pearl (Donaldson) Hensley. On June 28, 1940 she married Paul Beebe in Commerce. Paul preceded her in death on March 2, 2006. Marie was a member of the Assembly of God Church, she was also very well known for her garage sale business, serving many families in Vinita and surrounding communities. The family includes: her daughter, Paula Lavelle of Bartlesville, a brother Dick Hensley of Eugene, Oregon, a grandson, Erik Bakke and wife Ruby of Missoula, Montana. Those preceding her in death including her husband, are a grandson, Brock Bakke, sisters, Mary Melton and Ola Haff, brothers, Herbert, Floyd and Buck Hensley. The graveside service will be held Wednesday, August 19, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at the Fairview Cemetery in Vinita, with Pastor Roger Ortlieb officiating.
