Oglelalla Goins

Oglelalla (Bigknife) Goins was born October 25, 1925 in Vinita OK and died on November 26, 2019 in Broken Arrow, OK.

She was preceded in death by her parents Ogle and Annie Mae (Flemings) Bigknife.  Her siblings: Ogle JR, Jack, Anna, and Wanda. Her husband Cordell SR. Sons Cordell JR. and Billy and Grandson Patrick.

Oglelalla is survived by her daughter Kay and son in law Rick Inman of Broken Arrow, grandchildren, Erik, Lisa, Randy, and Matt, great grandchildren, Greyson, Christian, Nick, Cord, Rhett, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was a lifelong member of the Church of Christ in Vinita OK. She was always active in the church and her favorite activity was making cookies for vacation bible school.  In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to go to Church of Christ in Vinita in her name.

Oglelalla was also a member of the Gold Star Mothers and Ladies Auxiliary of the American Legion. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Family visitation will be on Sunday December 01, 2019 from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM at the Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel in Vinita, OK.  Funeral service will be held Monday December 02, 2019 at The Vinita Church of Christ at 2:00 PM with Pastor Bob Hampton officiating.  Oglelalla will be laid to rest at Fairview Cemetery in Vinita, OK immediately following the funeral service.  Erik Goins. Matt Inman, John Bigknife, Adam Bigknife, Christian Benitez, and Garrett Nelson will be serving as Pall Bearers.
