Patsy Connolly

Patsy Lou Connolly, 91, passed away on February 2, 2022, at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Patsy was born October 25, 1930, in Nowata, Oklahoma to parents Albert and Louella Harrison. She graduated from Nowata High School in 1949. Patsy and her sisters worked at the Rainbow & Luxor Theaters during high school. After graduation Patsy worked for Warwick Insurance. On October 3, 1953, she married Harry Connolly of Raymondville, Missouri. Together they made their home in Tulsa. She worked for D.L. Morgan Insurance in Tulsa for almost 30 years. Patsy was a member of the First Christian Church of Nowata for many years. She loved spending time with family, especially family game time and cooking for the large family gatherings.

Patsy was preceded in death by her father Albert Harrison, her mother Louella Pettit, her stepfather Walt Pettit, and her siblings Don Harrison, Bud Harrison, Shirley McMunn, Tommy Moore, and Judy Baker. Patsy is survived by her husband Harry Connolly of 68 years, son Terry Connolly of Sperry, OK, sister and brother-in-law Charlene and Jim Flickinger of Nowata, sister-in-law Mary Sue Harrison of Midland, TX, brother-in-law Russ Schmidt of Lake of the Ozarks, MO, and numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on February 9, 2022, at 1PM at the First Christian Church of Nowata located at 211 S. Pine St., Nowata, OK.
