Raymond Robertson

Jay, Oklahoma R.H. "Cot" Robertson R.H. "Cot Robertson of Jay died Monday July 10, 2006 at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Ok. He was 82. Cot was born September 26, 1923 at Topsy to W.H. and Ona (Haggard) Robertson. He attended the Mose Ridge School. He operated bulldozers for the Pipeline retiring in 1976 and he was a lifetime cattle rancher. Cot was a lifetime area resident and enjoyed to fish, hunt, watch baseball, and especially spending time with his grandchildren. He married Juanita Duffield Robertson July 10, 1945 at Pryor, Ok. He was preceded in death by 5 brothers, and 3 sisters. Survivors includes his wife Juanita Robertson of over 61 years. Five children: Arlene Walker of Jay, Carroll Ray (Moe) Robertson and wife Diane of Spavinaw, Ok., Dale (Pup) Robertson and wife Cindy of Eucha, Ok., Toni Holland and husband Joe Dee of Jay, and Elesa Graham of Topsy. One sister: Pauline Whisamore of Welch, Ok. 12 Grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren with one on the way. Services will 2:00 PM Thursday July 13, 2006 at the First Assembly of God Church in Jay with Rev. Tim Smith and Kenneth Robertson officiating. Interment will be at the Mose Ridge Cemetery at Topsy.
