Reba Fulton

Reba Fulton passed away February 9, 2020 in Collinsville, Oklahoma. She was born in Siloam Springs, Arkansas to Dean Bartee and Mary (Miller) Bartee, and attended school in Jay, Oklahoma. Reba married Billy Morrow and had three children they raised in Langley, OK. In 1987, Reba married Charles Fulton.

For twenty years Reba operated a beauty shop in Langley. Later, she worked as a Real Estate Broker on Grand Lake for 35 years until she retired.

Reba had many interests, which included serving as a sous chef for Charles’ dutch oven cook outs, buying and selling antiques and traveling to antique shows. Reba had a professional’s eye for decorating, and her home was a showcase of warmth and beauty. She was a loving caregiver for her mother, her father, her son and her husband as well as a loyal and loving friend to the many people who loved her. Above all that, she was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was and always will be the Angel that watches over and protects her Family.

Reba was preceded in death by her parents, her beloved grandmother, her son Rick and her husband Charles.

Reba is survived by her daughters, Shirley Harlan and husband John, Rhonda Heller and husband Kurt; five grandchildren, Rob Collins, Sasha King, Tamara Morrow, Chavis Morrow, Ryann Heller; seven great grandchildren; two step-sons, Michael Fulton, David Fulton; 4 step grandchildren and 6 step great grandchildren. Reba considered Charles’ grandchildren and great grandchildren her own and in her last days, photos of “The Three J’s” gave her many smiles.

A visitation will be held at the Luginbuel South Grand Lake Funeral Home Chapel, Langley, OK on Thursday, February 13, 2020 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. Services will be held Friday, February 14, 2020 at 2:00 pm in the Luginbuel South Grand Lake Chapel, Langley, OK.
