Ruth Mae Schlimm, 63-year-old Bartlesville resident passed away in Bartlesville on August 29, 2021. She was born September 8, 1957, in Nowata, Oklahoma to George and Mary (Bennifill) White. Ruth graduated high school and married Stacy Schlimm. She enjoyed crafting, cooking, playing dominos, and games of chance. Ruth was a very happy person and loved playing jokes on others. She was always looking out for others and would help any way she could. Most of all she loved her family. Her children, grandchildren, and other family members had a special place in her heart. Ruth will be missed by all her family and friends.

Preceding Ruth Schlimmin death are her parents, George, and Mary White; and a sister, Cressa Ewers.

Survivors include her daughters, Summer Schlimm, and husband Steve Brummett, of Bartlesville, Melanie Ballard, and husband Charles, of Bartlesville; grandchildren, Austin Brummett, Matthew Brummett, Lacey Brummett, Jaydon Ballard, and Seth Ballard; a sister, Kathy Grissom; nephews, Robert, and Jeff Grissom; a niece, Christy Sloat; many other relatives and a host of friends.

Funeral Services for Ruth Schlimm will be held Friday, September 3, 2021, at the Benjamin Funeral Service Chapel at 2 p.m. A visitation will be held at Benjamin Funeral Service from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, September 2, 2021, at Benjamin Funeral Service in Nowata.
