Sally Stockton

Sally Stockton of Grove died Friday October 13, 2006 at the Integris Grove General Hospital. She was 65. Sally was born January 23, 1941 to Harlan Akins and Helen Linder at Neodesha, Ks. She married David Stockton January 19, 1974 at Neodesha, Ks. He preceded her in death November 10, 1998. Sally has lived in Grove for 23 years moving from Coffeyville, Ks. She worked at Simmons Poultry in the payroll department. Sally was a member of the Eastern Star. She was also preceded in death by her parents and one great-granddaughter. Survivors include four children: Vance Stockton and wife Theresa of Seneca, Mo., Micha Millis of Neodesha, Ks., Caroline King of Grove, Ok., and Cash Stockton of Blue Summit, Mo. Two sisters: Ann Brown and Cathy Blefeur both of California. One step-sister Dixie Crouch of Jay, Ok. Eight grandchildren and two great grandsons. Services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday October 17, 2006 at the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Grove, Ok. Rev. Max Raney to officiate. Interment will follow at the Olympus Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6-8:00 PM Monday at the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Grove, Ok.
