Sam Harmon

Luginbuel Funeral Home - Vinita - 918-256-5555....... Sam Max Harmon passed away April 18, 2014, in his home in St. Petersburg, FL. Mr. Harmon had been ill for over 3 years. Sam was born at home in Craig County, OK on May 29, 1932, the second child of Bill and Beulah Harmon. He served in the Army from 1953-1955. He owned and operated several businesses in Vinita, OK; Hugo, OK and Eureka Springs, AR. Survived by: wife, Margaret (Pegi) Harmon; 3 daughters, Desai Harmon Robinson, New Orleans, LA, Veronica Harmon Perkins, Broken Arrow, Gabrielle Harmon Icide , Camelot, PA; 4 granddaughters; 2 grandsons; 2 great-granddaughters; 3 step-daughters, Toni Morris and Bevi Childress of Texas, and Katrina Fahey of Eureka Springs AR. Sam was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Ted and Jim Dandy. Graveside service will be 1:30 p.m., Saturday, November 15, 2014 at Ghormley Cemetery in Pensacola, OK.
