Graveside services for Sarah Ruth Killough are 10:00 A.M., Saturday, April 15, 2017 at Ball Cemetery in Childers, OK with Pastor Tom Tanquary officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to Benjamin Funeral Service. Sarah Ruth Fry Killough, 70, passed away April 10, 2017 at her home in Delaware, Oklahoma with family and close friends by her side. She was born August 29, 1946 in Vinita, Oklahoma to William Thomas and Mary Lucille (Short) Fry. She attended Diamond Point and Nowata School. Sarah married Howard Dwayne Killough on May 20, 1968 in Miami, Ottawa County, Oklahoma. She worked for Double J Janitor services for a few years, tended bar at the Blue Top Bar and Pioneer Bar, and did home cleaning on her own for people. Most of the time she spent at home raising their two daughters, farming, gardening, planting flowers, helping taking care of her momma, taking care of the grandchildren, and keeping a spotless house. She loved laughing, joking, teasing and just really loved life. She also loved canning. She loved her dogs Benjie and Jethro. They always would make her smile. You could always tell how much she truly loved her husband although they didn't say it too often, their actions always said it loudly. She considered Carrie McNeff, Denel Collins, Laverne Kerr, Tracy Boone, all of Delaware, OK., as family members. She was loved by all the ladies that worked at Arvest. Sarah is survived by husband Howard Dwayne Killough of the home; daughters, Anita K. (Killough) Riley and husband James R. (Jimmy) Riley of Delaware, OK, Mary R. (Killough) Hash and husband Steven Hash Sr. of Alluwe. OK; 4 grandchildren, Jacob Riley and wife Melissa of Nowata, OK, Sara Seabolt and husband JR Seabolt of Nowata, OK, Mary Grace Hash and boyfriend Ross Allison of Dewey, OK, Steven Hash Jr of Alluwe, OK. Sarah had 5 great grand-daughters and 1 great grand-son that loved her so much. Sarah's only living sibling is Willie Fry Sr. of Delaware, OK., along with a lot of nieces and nephews. Sarah is preceded in death by both parents, William and Mary Fry of Delaware; brother Austin D. (aka Uncle DD) Fry and wife Norma; sisters Juanita Redman and Twila McIntyre that passed away on March 21, 2017. Sarah had a half sibling, Sadie Ellen Frye Thornbrough of Seattle, Washington, Samuel Thomas Frye of Chelsea, OK., Mattie Marie Ferguson from the state of Washington, Bertie Mae Callison Nowata, OK, Pearle Eugene Frye Nowata, Ok and one infant sister buried in Scott Cemetery, Estella, OK.
