Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, Grove, Oklahoma 918-786-2261. Shirley Ellen Moore, 75 year- old Grove, Oklahoma resident passed away on Thursday, April 6, 2017. Shirley was the daughter of William and Ruth (Curie) Moore. From her birth on September 23, 1941 in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Shirley nourished those around her with her kind-heartedness, free-spiritedness and generous ways. In 2003, Shirley became an official Grove resident after moving from Payson, Arizona where she had spent 29 years. As an entrepreneur and small business owner, Shirley held many titles over the years, including Real Estate Agent/Broker and Appraiser. She was a member of the local Moose Lodge, and relished her time spent helping with their sponsored charitable events. Shirley had an affinity for antiques, nature, fishing, watching black & white westerns, reading and re-reading cookbooks to find the perfect recipe to share with her loved ones, conversation, and her back porch . . . her favorite spot. In everything she did, Shirley preferred to take the scenic route, instead of the quick way and "always" stopped to smell the roses. All those that have had the privilege to know her will agree that her contagious laugh and genuine smile will be etched in their hearts and souls forever. Shirley will be greatly missed by her family members including her brother and sister-in-law, Dale and Peggy Moore of Branson, MO, formerly of Grove; her sister and brother-in-law, Carol and Alex Pfister of Payson, AZ; her nieces, Sharon Struckle (Rosebud) of Olathe, KS & Christine (Chrissy) Bollier of Payson, AZ; her nephews, Jeff Struckle of Olathe, KS and B.J. Bollier of Payson, AZ; her great-niece, Katelyn Struckle of Olathe, KS; her great-nephews, Carter Struckle of Olathe, KS & Madden Bollier of Payson, AZ and a host of friends that she called family.
