Steven Bowman

Luginbuel Funeral Home Vinita, 918-256-5555........ Steven Eugene Bowman passed away April 06, 2017 at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born April 21, 1951 in Goodland Kansas was the son of Leroy Eugene Bowman and Loetta Dean (Adams) Bowman, Steven was a member of the Catholic faith. His family later moved to California, and in 1965 they returned to Goodland. After high school he joined the U.S. Army where he served during the Vietnam War. Steven married Patricia J. Becker on August 25, 1972. They raised their four sons in Wichita, Ks. and in Vinita where they had lived the last 27 years. Steven And Pat owned and operated a vending machine company and S &P Liquor Store in Vinita. He loved fishing and spending time spoiling his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother, father and son Jeff. His survivors include his wife Pat of the home in Vinita. 3 sons Jeramey Bowman and wife Kristina of Paola, Ks., Joshua Bowman and wife Lynn of Vinita, Ok., Joseph Bowman and wife LaShawna of Welch, Ok. and 7 grandchildren.
