Thomas Armstrong Jr.

Thomas Wayne Armstrong Jr. passed away Sunday, January 22, 2012 at his home in Jay, Oklahoma. Tommy was born on February 11, 1979, in Morenci, Arizona, to Thomas Sr. and Barbara Ann (Adams) Armstrong. Tommy graduated from Jay High School in 1997. He was a member of 1st Assembly of God in Jay, Oklahoma, and worked as a Maintenance Technician for Gates Rubber Company. Tommy was an avid fisherman who also enjoyed working on cars and watching OU football. Tommy was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Armstrong Sr. Tommy is survived by his wife Gena, of the home, children, Cason Armstrong and Cadence Armstrong, both of the home, mother, Barbara Armstrong of Jay, Oklahoma, sisters , Sue Ann and husband Fernand, Salinas, of ShangHai, China, and Sharon Prelle of Prairie Grove, Arkansas. Funeral services for Tommy will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 26, 2012 at the 1st Assembly of God in Jay, Oklahoma. A visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral in Jay, Oklahoma.
