Luginbuel Funeral Home of Vinita: Willa Fay Collins, 83 year old Vinita resident, died Monday, April 7, 2014 in Vinita. She was born on November 25, 1930 in Bluejacket to William R. and Irene (Kelly) Kerr. She lived in Craig County most all her life. Willa was married to Leonard Collins who preceded her in death. She was employed by the City of Vinita for several years. Willa loved her family and spending time with them and going on an occasional camping trip. Preceding her in death were her parents, husband, a daughter, Neoma Hennen, a sister, Betty Beisley, two brothers Lloyd Leon and Bobby Gene Kerr. The surviving family includes: a son, Gene Collins of Vinita; a brother, Levaughn Kerr of Webb City, Missouri; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM on Thursday, April 10, 2014 at the Luginbuel Funeral Home in Vinita. The funeral service will be held Friday, April 11, 2014 at 2:00 PM in the Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Skip McClain officiating.
