Willard Orr

Luginbuel Funeral Home, Vinita, OK (918) 256-5555........Willard "Bill" Wayne Orr 72-year-old Ketchum resident passed away March 11, 2019 in Vinita, OK. He was born March 24, 1946 the son of Glenn and Vera (Wainwright) Orr in Saint Helens, Oregon. Bill was raised in Saint Helens where he graduated Saint Helens High School. He joined the army and served in the Vietnam War. After serving his country Bill became a truck driver until his multiple sclerosis prevented him from working. After moving to Oklahoma Bill worked for Hamill Trucking as a dispatcher and driver. He married Karen Herman June 17, 1972 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Bill was a member of the Craig County Baptist Church.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers Ralph and Jerry Orr.
Survivors include his wife Karen of the home; children Kathleen Olson of Columbia City, Oregon, Kristine Finch of Warren, Oregon, Kenneth Orr of Vinita; grandchildren Kyle and Joel Olson of Columbia City, Oregon, Billy Earlywine of Warren, Oregon, Cody Finch of Milwaukie, Oregon, Dawn Finch of Warren, Oregon, Kayla Finch US Navy stationed in Naples, Italy, Alden Finch of Warren, Oregon, Koalten Orr of Purcell, Oklahoma, Samantha Snoderly of Vinita, Oklahoma; four great-grandchildren; brother Kenneth Orr of Gresham, Oregon; two sisters Annetta Heyer and Jan Rowe of Milwaukie, Oregon.
A Celebration of Life will be held 2:00 pm Saturday, March 16, 2019 at the Craig County Baptist Church, Vinita, Ok with Pastor Stephanie Crogsan officiating.
